Accounting

We can provide a full accounting package for the operation of your aircraft and tailor it to your individual needs. Accounting includes validation and processing of invoices, V.A.T., taxes etc. as well as presenting financial reports for the aircraft activity quarterly or monthly.

Budgeting

We benefit from years of experience with the operation of business jets as well as our access to various databases when we estimate the cost of your operation.

Consulting

If you are a potential new aircraft owner or you are an experienced aircraft owner who is looking for new opportunities a number of options need to be evaluated. Air Alsie can help you clarify your expectations and transform them into a description on which further analysis can be based.

Typical issues that need to be clarified are range, speed, number of seats, travel pattern, special airports, cabin size, baggage volume, entertainment systems, and price.

Type Analysis

If an aircraft purchase is considered, Air Alsie can perform a type analysis for you and in a report present a comparison of the aircraft types which are considered the best match to your expectations.

Specifications

After the aircraft type selection has been made a detailed specification is necessary to ensure it meets your expectations and the rules of the aviation authorities. If it is a new aircraft it is done with the manufacturer, if it is a pre-owned aircraft the specifications are used to narrow the field of potential aircraft on the market.

Financing

Air Alsie has long lasting relationships with financing firms and lawyers who can help to set up different company and financing structures around the aircraft ownership. We can also provide advisors for amortization, financing, taxes and V.A.T. issues.

Purchasing/Sales

Whether it is an aircraft purchase or an aircraft sale, it is a complicated, bureaucratic process. Air Alsie can assist you in this process and perform the extensive paperwork with buyer, seller, lawyers, authorities etc.

Pre-delivery Monitoring

In order to ensure that the acquired aircraft meets the specifications and your expectations, Air Alsie can perform one or more pre-delivery inspections of the aircraft.

Civil Aviation Authorities - EASA Compliance

The aircraft must meet the EASA requirements. Air Alsie can monitor this during the specification phase, at delivery and continuously monitor this during its operation. If new requirements are issued by the EASA, the owner will be informed about this and the potential consequences described.

Aircraft Operator Certificate - AOC

The owner may choose to operate the aircraft privately or to have it listed on the AOC of Air Alsie. To have the aircraft on AOC and operate it under commercial EU OPS 1 rules will provide the owner with a number of advantages around taxes and other operating cost – and also the option to sell excess capacity to the open charter market.

Crew

The crew for the aircraft is a vital part for the success of your business tool. If you already have your own crew, Air Alsie can make arrangements with them or we can provide JAR-FCL certified crew. The crew is required to perform annual training on simulator, first aid, crew resource management, technical systems etc. All this can be provided by Air Alsie.

Flight Support

Air Alsie provides comprehensive 24/7 support for the individual flight. This includes coordination of crew, over flight and landing permits, flight planning, handling arrangements, catering, hotel, ground transportation etc.

Charter Sales

If you want to offset some of the costs relating to your aircraft ownership, we offer to sell excess capacity to the charter market. Air Alsie is preferred vendor for a number of the leading brokers and companies using business aircraft. If you have your aircraft on Management Service with us you are entitled to discounted rates or “aircraft share” on the other aircraft available for charter in our fleet.

Maintenance

Air Alsie has its own Part 145 certified maintenance organization, which can provide maintenance for your aircraft up to C-level. This will ensure high availability and low maintenance costs. Major overhauls and modifications can be subcontracted to other leading technical organizations.

Insurance

The aircraft needs to be insured according to EU and EASA regulations. Air Alsie continuously monitors the insurance market in order to secure adequate coverage and competitive prices. The insurance can be arranged through our insurance pool or through an insurance company/broker appointed by the aircraft owner.
